Breath and Body: A 4 week journey into Breathwork & Somatics

{    with Rob Rea and Ailey Jolie    }

Breath & Body

This four-week live immersion on the integration of somatics and breathwork will help you return to yourself, learn the tools, and trust your own capacity to heal.

You’ve likely seen the buzz online: “somatics,” “breathwork,” “embodiment.” But in a world full of self-proclaimed experts and redistributed online knowledge, it can be hard to know who to trust and where to place your attention.

Join Rob Rea, a Breathwork and Human Performance Coach, and Ailey Jolie, a Chartered Psychologist and internationally recognised somatic therapist, for a powerful 4-week journey designed to help you uncover the stories shaping your mind, soften the stress held in your heart, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Through the integration of cutting-edge somatic psychology and transformative breathwork – you’ll learn to release tension, reclaim presence, and embody your fullest self. With expert guidance and practical tools, this program supports your shift from survival into thriving.

Maybe you’ve been on the path for a while – You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried all the guided meditations or mindfulness apps. And yet…Your mind continues to run ahead of you. Your body holds more tension than ease. You’re finding the self-help world feels more stressful than helpful.

You can sense there’s a deeper or more effective way – to live and practice, one where your mind, heart, and body move together, instead of pulling in different directions. You’re not looking for another “hack” or quick fix. You’re ready for something more integrated… more real… more you.

In a world that keeps you searching – for the next thing to fix you, here’s where you stop. No more chasing, no more waiting for the perfect method or teacher. This is where you learn the tools, embody the practices, and finally trust yourself to heal, for good.

Trauma, stress, and the pace of modern life can pull us away from our bodies. Breath & Body offers a safe, science-backed path to restore self-trust, regulate your nervous system, and live with greater presence and clarity. Guided by Rob’s breathwork expertise and Ailey’s somatic expertise, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals and create lasting, embodied change.
