UpcomingRob started with a career in finance and found breathwork in the form of Pranayama in 2012. He discovered the sheer impact that breathwork could have on every facet of his life, and went on to study mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and somatic enquiry. This journey of self-discovery has taken in accreditations in Pranayama (80hrs), XPT Performance, Movement & Breathwork Coach, Conscious Connected Breathwork (150hrs), Neuro Athletics for Human Optimisation, Clinical Hypnosis & NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, and 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. His programmes sit at the intersection of breathwork, sound, meditation, movement, neuroscience and philosophy.
From friends’ initial inquiries, Rob started to build protocols for others to follow, which led to him working with elite sportspeople, artists, performers, CEOs and founders across a range of industries, from fintech and finance to fashion.
Today he works globally leading professionals and organisations, and has partnered with the United Nations to deliver wellbeing workshops at the General Assembly and with international organisations. He has been profiled by Vogue, Tatler, and the Evening Standard, and The Times called him “the breathing guru to CEOs and elite sportsmen.”
He helps clients create a lifestyle that encompasses breathwork, psychology, and movement training positive habits that can be integrated daily. Through increased resilience, improved emotional regulation, and tools to take forward, he creates transformational changes to aid human potential and performance.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company’s providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and understood it through a positive tap-to-acknowledge step before you can use the App. Your acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp against your account.
The App provides general wellbeing content focused on breathwork practice. It is provided for educational, informational and self-care purposes only. The App is not, and does not claim to be:
We do not make any claims that the App will treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any medical condition. Any descriptions of potential benefits relate to subjective experience and general wellbeing only.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The mirror carve-outs in section 15 of the Terms of Service apply in full.
Subject to that, you use the App at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether any practice in the App is suitable for you. If you have any doubt about your fitness to participate in breathwork, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the App.
Breathwork is a physical and psychological practice that can produce strong effects. These may include light-headedness, tingling, dizziness, changes in heart rate, emotional release, altered perception, or, in some practices, temporary loss of consciousness. These effects are not necessarily harmful, but they are real, and they can be unsafe in certain settings or for certain people.
You should not use the breathwork content in the App, or you should consult a qualified healthcare professional first, if any of the following apply to you.
Many breathwork practices, particularly those involving breath retention, hyperventilation or intense exhalation, are not recommended during pregnancy or in the early postpartum period.
You must not use the App while:
Breath retention practices have been associated with serious injury and death when combined with water. You must never combine breathwork from the App with breath-hold activities in water.
If you take prescription medication, particularly any medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, mood, anxiety, seizures or the central nervous system, please speak to your prescribing clinician before starting a breathwork practice.
If at any point during a session you feel:
stop the session immediately, return to normal breathing, and seek medical attention if you need it.
Breathwork can sometimes bring up unexpected emotions, memories or sensations. This is part of the practice for many people. However, if you find that the practice destabilises you or worsens existing mental health symptoms, you should stop and speak to a qualified mental health professional.
The App is not designed to support people in acute mental health crises. If you are in crisis, the following resources may help:
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Access to the App is exclusively through Subscribing Organisations, and each Subscribing Organisation warrants to us that every Authorised User to whom it allocates a seat is at least 18 years old. The App must not be used by children or young people.
If you have parental responsibility for a young person who you believe has been allocated a seat in breach of the eligibility rules, please contact us and we will deactivate the account.
We endeavour to ensure that the educational content in the App is accurate at the time of publication. Healthcare knowledge evolves, however, and individual circumstances vary. Nothing in the App should be relied upon as the only source of information about your health or wellbeing.
Before you can use the App, you will be asked to confirm by a positive tap-to-acknowledge step that:
Your acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp against your account.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that carve-out and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any adverse health outcomes you may experience as a result of using the App.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit any right you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom.
If you have any questions about this Disclaimer please contact support@robrea.co.uk. We cannot provide medical advice. For medical questions, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.
