Having completed the course I now instinctively use breathwork throughout my day; feeling stressed on the tube: relaxing breathwork; feeling sluggish when I need to be full of beans: energising breathwork. In other words I have a toolkit of breathing skills, which gives me the ability to energise, relax, focus or meditate when needed. It's a real gift and I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.
