LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the sessions and events offered by Rob Rea at any given facility, to use equipment and props in addition to the payment of any fees and charges, I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Rob Rea and the platform where classes and sessions are held from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the above-mentioned activities. I understand and am aware of all risks that are involved with breathwork.

I am voluntarily participating in these activities. I expressly assume and accept all the risks. I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in breathwork classes. I acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the activity I choose to participate in.

ONLINE BREATH SESSIONS

I acknowledge my understanding of the limitations that exist when participating in online sessions. I understand that I am fully responsible for my self-care prior to and after the sessions. I release Rob Rea from any liability from injuries or damage resulting in my participation in online sessions.
